Track Name: Blackberry Jam
I went down to the city of the blackest blacks and the whitest whites. Someone told me it was the city of light. I couldn't see through the fog out there, past the falling lamps and the darkened sights, so I didn't believe him. But he was right.

Sometimes things aren't as they seem, and the driest land will sprout a stream. But look a little closer and you'll come to realize: it's all just a mirage before your eyes.

Life in the desert, leaves nothing but your own principles to think about. White hot rays pierce the soul and if the sky disappeared, would you have ever said "goodbye"?

Came out of a cavern, I couldn't tell which way was up or down. I found the beach. Put my feet in the sand. The ocean cool and comforting I rinsed off the dust and cleared my mind. Suddenly I found myself with time (with time).

Sometimes things aren't as they seem. Sometimes you want to say what you don't mean. But in that gray-blue sea there's a shimmering, a blindfold in your head and under your eyes.

Life in the desert, leaves nothing but your own principles to think about. White hot rays pierce the soul and if the sky disappeared, would you have ever said "goodbye"?
Track Name: Little Injun
Turns out the time just wasn't right/ and the moments never seemed to come/ So I just sat around thinking, wondering why.

The days they go by and I see/ that there's nothing here to break my fall/ And when there's nothing left at all, you've got to look closer.

And you've got to know that I/ have been waiting around to find/ something exciting, something right/ Well, now maybe you'll find this/

Alright for a while, let the sun shine on my face/ All I can say is, I hope that it happens this time/ Truth, where did it go/ Was it ever made for me?

The cars they fly by now, and I see/ old places blurring past my window-pane/ Along the road, signs pointing out/ where we've been.

And you've got to know that I/ have been waiting around to find/ something exciting, something right/ Well, now maybe you'll find this/

Alright for a while, let the sun shine on my face/ All I can say is, I hope that it happens this time/ Truth, where did it go/ Was it ever made for me?
Track Name: Catching Dreams
Tying beads together, twine wears thin/ A jumbled mess of every place I've been/ Fumbling through this, my hands are tied/ Getting carried away, getting lost inside

And they're gone, the better things, the songs I've penned, the words she sings/ Getting flushed away, lost in the sound/ Enveloped in silence, thoughts swirling round the room at night/ So put your eyes to the brim/ Put your Ear to the noise to find

A cardboard box with edges frayed/ catching dreams before they fall/ Hand of reason, I'm afraid/ stays my voice before you call/ A spider web of tangled feelings, plans and thoughts I should of had/ Keeps me alone at night.

Grouping words together, ink runs dry/ The meaning's lost, doesn't matter how hard I try/ Scraps of paper, a slew of bad ideas/ Now there's nothing to say, but I've got to explain

That I know/ It's not the way I thought it would be at all/ Time for me is bringing this back to the fall/ As years go by I'm seeing the lights fade to grey/ We're fading away
Track Name: Delayed
The moon isn't rising, the sun has been going down/ The pictures are fading, been washed out for far too long/ A new year upon us, already we're wasting it all/ It's time to go back now, go back to before we were small.

It's the best that we can do/ We'll give it our best shot/ But who knows if it'll ever be enough?

We're going down and they're not gonna find us/ Don't think we know what we're missing out on now/ The flame gets blown out the storm it surrounds us/ The waves are crashing all around us now.

How could it be that we've lost what we came with?/ Looked back for too long it's nowhere to be found/ Who knows if it'll show up inside me/ I guess 'til then I'm out here on my own.

A glacier refreezing, the frost seems to linger on/ Pushing memories forward, until the sun comes at dawn/ The lakes frozen solid, a split signifies our shot/ Of slipping and falling, of unraveling the knot.

We're falling from these cliffs/ We're losing what we've got/ But who knows if it'll ever be enough?

We're going down and they're not gonna find us/ Don't think we know what we're missing out on now/ The flame gets blown out the storm it surrounds us/ The waves are crashing all around us now.

How could it be that we've lost what we came with?/ Looked back for too long it's nowhere to be found/ Who knows if it'll show up inside me/ I guess 'til then I'll be going pound for pound.
